We accept returns or exchanges for up to 2 weeks after items are received.
Just an FYI, if my Grandma Rose finds out you returned an item back (she sometimes goes through the mail), she might exclaim in her most nasally-sounding Brooklyn accent, "What's not to like?"
SRSLY, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service department at shop@the11thcommandmentNY.com for a return authorization number (RA#). If you do not obtain a RA #, your package will not be accepted. Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects aka IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING BRO. Damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
